Mark Boudreau
NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
President, MYGYM Inc.
|
Mark opened MYGYM in 1989. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with the
National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and has experience training
Olympic Athletes, High School Athletes and Senior Citizens, as well as the
average person who has a desire to get in shape. Mark's hobbies include Body-Building,
SCUBA diving, Sky Diving and working on his 1860's vintage home. He has a wife
and 2 children whom he loves to spend as much time with as possible. As President of MYGYM, Inc.,
Mark's goal is to provide a safe, clean facility staffed by very friendly,
professional people (everyone at MYGYM is certified) in a healthy, relaxed
atmosphere.

Dennis Fillmore
ESA Certified Personal Trainer
|
Denny has been a member of the MYGYM staff for the past several years.
He is a native Ballstonian where he lives with his wife, three children,
and Beuler his dog. An avid runner, Denny is a member of the Saratoga
Stryders, USA Track and Field, and the Adirondack Athletic Club. As a
competitive runner who has competed in many local and national races,
some of his accomplishments include: qualifying and competing in the
New York and Boston Marathons, 2 time winner of the National Masters Cross
Country Team Race, and National Class Ranking in the 15K Stockadeathon Age-Graded
results. His other hobbies include snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and hiking.
Denny gets great pleasure from helping others to set and accomplish
goals that contribute to their overall health and well being.

Tom Hickey
Personal Trainer

Tom's fitness career began with his interest in the strength sports of Body-Building, Weight-Lifting and Power-Lifting. He has worked as a fitness trainer for 10 years and is currently an active participant in endurance events in the areas of running, bicycling and swimming. He enjoys the challenge of helping the entire range of people from elite athletes to senior citizens reach their widely varied fitness goals. Tom says that his greatest joy "is aiding people in the discovery of the strength that lies within."

Danielle Toth

|
Danielle went to school at the College of St. Joeseph in Rutland, VT. A three sport
athlete (Basketball, Soccer, and Softball), she excelled at balancing a busy school schedule
and traveling with her various sports. Danielle went on to successfully complete grad school, with
a degree in Curriculum and Instruction from SUNY Plattsburgh. She also coaches basketball in her free time for Saratoga girl's JV and modified levels. Danielle would like to get involved with
personal training working with people who are particularly interested in team sports. She feels
priviledged to work with such great people who truly wish to help others meet their fitness goals. "The people are so friendly here."

Cheryl Dunkellarger

|
Cheryl is a Kindergarten teacher at Spa Christian School. She has three children ages 21, 19, and 14 all of whom have worked out at MYGYM. Her oldest son trained with Mark in preparation for the Marines. Her hobbies include gardening and walking. Both Cheryl and her husband work out at MYGYM and they love the friendly encouraging atmosphere. Cheyl says "its a great place to be!"

Valerian Boudreau
Maintenance Engineer

Val's background includes 22 years in the Navy, 10 years as an
electronics circuit board quality control manager, and 12 years as the
Shop President at UHAUL. He has worked as maintenance engineer for
3 years where his duties include performing scheduled maintenance on
all of the equipment, building & facilities, and whatever else MYGYM and it's
members may need.
