SPINNING CLASS -
Group cycling…Come join us for “ 45 minutes of music,
sweat, and fun”. All fitness levels welcome. (Tuesday
Stability Ball – A very unique workout designed to shape and strengthen the body
with a ball. This unique workout helps balance, works core muscles, increases your flexibility without draining your energy.
Designed to work stability muscles, equilibrium, posture and control through
all ranges of motion.. Beautiful,
slow movements, creative and fun.
(30 Minutes each) (Saturday
KICKBOXING This is the Ultimate Aerobic Training –“# 1 BEST
CARDIO-VASCULAR WORKOUT ON THE PLANET”. Michelle will
make you sweat – move – kick your butt off. She is fast – fun – furious
in her total body workout. Her Training Workout routine will work arms – legs –
“core” with classic boxing movements. Get Stronger – Leaner – Burn Calories –
melt the pounds and have a great time doing this class (60 min) (Monday

SCULPT
AND STRETCH Tone and Strengthen while building endurance and flexibility.
This conditioning workout will incorporate lite
weights, bands, body bars and stability balls.

ZUMBA with Debbie The hottest International Dance Fitness
Class in existence. It combines the various Latin Rhythms of Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia and Samba. Al lroutines
are unique choreography to original music. The hour includes a 15 minute
warm-up,30 minute cardio-dance fitness and a 15 minute
cool-down. One burns between 600 and 10000 calories while working the core,
