Cardio Classes

 

SPINNING CLASS -  Group cycling…Come join us for “ 45 minutes of music, sweat, and fun”. All fitness levels welcome.  (Tuesday 6am and 6pm)   (Thursday 6am and 6pm)  (Saturday 7am)

CARDIO AEROBICS / STABILITY BALL  with Michelle – Cardio Vascular works” Heart and Lungs” Drills to improve your overall fitness level. Fun combinations to improve your cardio endurance, Challenge yourself – We think you are strong – Do you? Take the challenge.

Stability BallA very unique workout designed to shape and strengthen the body with a ball. This unique workout helps balance, works core muscles, increases your flexibility without draining your energy. Designed to work stability muscles, equilibrium, posture and control through all ranges of motion.. Beautiful, slow movements, creative and fun.

(30 Minutes each) (Saturday 8am)

 

 

KICKBOXING This is the Ultimate Aerobic Training –“# 1 BEST CARDIO-VASCULAR WORKOUT ON THE PLANET”.  Michelle will make you sweat – move – kick your butt off. She is fast – fun – furious in her total body workout. Her Training Workout routine will work arms – legs – “core” with classic boxing movements. Get Stronger – Leaner – Burn Calories – melt the pounds and have a great time doing this class (60 min) (Monday and Wednesdays 6pm)

 

SCULPT AND STRETCH  Tone and Strengthen while building endurance and flexibility. This conditioning workout will incorporate lite weights, bands, body bars and stability balls.  Strength

 training is critical in building Bone Density.  Class for all Fitness Levels. ( Fridays at  9:30am)

MARK’S GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING “BOOT CAMP STYLE”

 

 

 

ZUMBA  with Debbie The hottest International Dance Fitness Class in existence. It combines the various Latin Rhythms of Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia and Samba. Al lroutines are unique choreography to original music. The hour includes a 15 minute warm-up,30 minute cardio-dance fitness and a 15 minute cool-down. One burns between 600 and 10000 calories while working the core, experiencing exhilaration beyond belief. Join our party every Tuesday at 9:30am  AND Thursday at 7 pm for 1 hour.**(this is a special class for 6 weeks at $45.00 or $10.00 per class)**

 

YOGA with Amber  Mixed levels, try it you will definitely enjoy the class. Tuesday 4:30pm & Saturday 9:15 am
 
 
SARATOGA CORE FITNESS BASIC TRAINING with Vicki  This class is  the ultimate workout like no others. Basic Training

offers the same group dynamic you love in Boot Camp with an individual assessment  and a focus on proper technique to help you get the most from your training experience. This class is more than your average BOOT CAMP. Tuesday & Thursdays 7:00 pm and Saturday 10:30am.
