SPINNING CLASS -
Group cycling…Come join us for “ 45 minutes of music,
sweat, and fun”. All fitness levels welcome. (Tuesday
Stability Ball – A very unique workout designed to shape and strengthen the body
with a ball. This unique workout helps balance, works core muscles, increases your flexibility without draining your energy.
Designed to work stability muscles, equilibrium, posture and control through
all ranges of motion.. Beautiful,
slow movements, creative and fun.
(30 Minutes each) (Saturday
AEROBIC
DANCE- By Jackie Sorenson the pioneer of Aerobic Dancing. This all
around exercise program consists of warmup and cooldown, stretching, full body
toning using hand weights, and cardio to music by original artists that appeals to a variety of tastes! A fitness sport with simple dancing that can
take the place of jogging. Participants can work out at their own fitness
level. A whisper of exercise, a SHOUT of Fun!
A fabulous way to keep those brain cells active.

KICKBOXING This is the Ultimate Aerobic Training –“# 1 BEST
CARDIO-VASCULAR WORKOUT ON THE PLANET”. Michelle will
make you sweat – move – kick your butt off. She is fast – fun – furious
in her total body workout. Her Training Workout routine will work arms – legs –
“core” with classic boxing movements. Get Stronger – Leaner – Burn Calories –
melt the pounds and have a great time doing this class (60 min) (Monday
and Wednesdays
ZUMBA with Debbie The hottest International Dance Fitness
Class in existence. It combines the various Latin Rhythms of Merengue, Salsa,
Cha Cha, Cumbia and Samba. Al lroutines are unique choreography to original
music. The hour includes a 15 minute warm-up,30 minute
cardio-dance fitness and a 15 minute cool-down. One burns between 600 and 10000
calories while working the core, experiencing exhilaration beyond belief. Join
